Did I ovulate?
Hey, please could anyone tell me if and also when I ovulated? Would it have been yesterday? Haven’t had any cramping, I have had loads of EWCM for a few days before my peak test. Only had the opportunity to BD once yesterday and worried it’s not enough 😭 but also worried I didn’t ovulate at all as I didn’t really get any symptoms other than CM? Thanks x
(I also use the clear blue digital - static smiley was CD 20 and 21, had a few days of flashing smiley before this)

Once you see a surge of LH levels, the egg should be released 48 hrs after (approx. 24-36 hrs after peak). So the best to BD is on peak day, as you may ovulate the day after, and the sperm takes some time to “travel” where it should be. If you wait for ovulation day or when you feel the sensation of ovulation, it might be too late. If you BD yesterday, that’s a pretty good chance, it’s your peak fertility day! Both my pregnancies we’ve only BD once within the fertile window, first time the day before peak, and second time on the day of peak. Only takes one time!

That would still be in your window so could still be enough - it only takes one time after all, I know from experience with my youngest! More just helps maximise chances. I think they say an egg is released after you've had a positive test.. so I have my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for you 💜
