Help finding an OB!

Indianapolis area - I am pregnant with my third child and need an OB. My previous doctor (the best doctor I’ve ever had for anything) left her practice to only be a laborist and I am devastated! As we weren’t planning on getting pregnant again yet, I didn’t think I would have to worry about this so soon. I have previously given birth at St Francis, I love the atmosphere and the care I received was amazing. However, I haven’t received many recommendations for Franciscan doctors. I believe that my previous doctor went to IU Health to be a laborist, and I’ve received a few recommendations for doctors at their hospital. Please send me your suggestions, anything helps! I’ve never been this stressed about finding a doctor before 🥲

I used IU Midwifery and loved them!!

Not sure what side of town you are on but the drive to Hendricks hospital systems may be worth it. New Life Associates in Brownsburg/Danville would be my recommendation

Community North has been great! My Dr. is Dr. Kim Harris but I primarily see the NP until I get closer to having him (only 26 weeks)

I started going to IU women’s health Zionsville office. They want me to see all the drs before delivery at the iu north hospital in Carmel. So far all of them have been great

I'm a big fan of carmel St. Vincent - with any doctor 😊

I see Dr. Riley at Community North & have been very happy! I’m high risk and have had to see many Dr’s through them and it’s been a breeze, they all work great together! I also hear back from the nurses quickly when I call with any questions.

I go to Obgyn of Indiana. They have a couple of offices around the city. I see Dr Whistler specifically but they have a whole team of doctors you are able to work with and they are already affiliated with Franciscan
