depo is not supposed to be used longer than 3 years, it can cause serious complications. i’d definitely recommend not getting your next shot and figuring out a new birth control plan
Get on new bc not suppose to be on it longer than 5yrs I never had that issue really could be sign of something else tho to
It sometimes gave me migraines. They would last all night and day and make me throw up, they were brutal.
My first one yes and afterwards but I plan on stopping it’s been hard on my body and I can’t take it anymore and I’m not even having sex so I honestly don’t see the need
@Alexandria I’ve only really been on the depo for about maybe two years all together cuz I’ve only been on it for a few months at a time
@Katie all together I’ve been on it for like two years cuz when I’m on it it’s only for a few months then I get off of it cuz I forget to go get it
