Going back to work :(

Anyone have to go back to work at the 6 week mark?? I’m struggling a lot I only have one week left with my baby and then I will be gone 4 days for 10 hrs a day. I almost want to look for a different job because this is really hard on me and I want as much time as I can with him. How is everyone preparing to deal with going back to work?

Yea same here I go back next Tuesday and it’s going to be a hard transition

I'm looking at ways to be a stay at home mom for her first 6momths at least because I can't bear to leave her yet. Also most transitions start at 6 months so I feel our leave should be that long too.

Ive got mixed emotions. I can’t wait to get back to work because I really love my job, but I really don’t wanna be away from her. Definitely trying to cope with it. I’m just trying to spend so much time with her while I can :(

I didn't go back to work until my baby was 6m. If it's not going to hurt financially highly recommend staying home especially if that's what you really want or.. see if you can return part-time?

I almost don’t want to go back I went crazy being away from my baby 3 hours to go to my doctors appointment I don’t know how imma do 8 hours he’s such a mamas boy too if I could stay home and still be okay financially I would but we need the money
