So I just got done with my dr appt and she said I’m about 50% effaced and about a 1/+1. I know the effaced part but what does it mean by me being a 1/+1 ? Does she mean dilation ? I’m 37w3d

No that's not dilation. It's called station. It starts from -3 (floating) 0(engagement) +3(crowning) .

I’m not exactly sure how to explain it medically but from what I’ve understood it’s babies position in your pelvis and how high they are. If you are at a +1 then baby is now in your pelvis
