Before I got pregnant I used the honey pot vaginal suppositories. It cleared in less than a week and they have foam wash to get your ph balanced after. Be sure to ready the labels but in my opinion I think it’s safe.
It’s a bit on the pricey side but you should still have a lot left over and it’s a steal if you constantly get bv.

I’m currently pregnant with bv and prescriptions aren’t working so I’m switching back to honey pot lol. Their ingredients are all natural even in the pads they make. Just do your research on the ingredients and you should be fine. Even the wash and wipes are a life saver to prevent it.
It’s been 2 years since I’ve had it.

You can literally just go to the store and grab some regular old vagisil. Any kind is fine and it does no harm to baby!
