Does anyone know if I need the card I used to pay just to exchange an item?
I bought baby some clothes from Matalan a couple days ago but I noticed when I got home one of the trousers has a stain on it. I used my husbands card but he's away all day and i wanted to sort it this afternoon. I have the receipt though, so could I exchange the trousers even though I don't have the same card but have the receipt since I'm not getting a refund?

As everyone about has said, if you're not getting the refund you should just need the item you're taking back, the item you're exchanging for (up to the value it was unless you want to pay extra) and the receipt for the original item
