Potty training

Hi! Same here - I think he’s ready and looking to start after we come back from a trip. Curious to know what everyone is doing :-)

@Chloe Same we just came back from a trip and plan to be here to potty train we got him the supplies and sat him down and he pushed to like 💩 but I'm afraid I'll do it wrong and never get him fully potty trained

I'm also here for advice lol. I've just been introducing the potty, but that's as far as we've gotten

Update: Toddler loves the potty and cries when I say all done his diaper has been dry and he took it off himself at the entrance of the toilet I sat him down and he peed!

We want to start soon too. We’ve been thinking about the 3 day method. But instead of doing no diaper, I will probably try a cloth diaper first to see if she makes the connection, and if that doesn’t work we’ll try the no diaper method on a 3 day weekend in 😬😅

@Chloe I hope so he cries when it's time to leave the potty saying he needs to poop but it's not true 😂

@Bri the Birth Doula I got some underpants that have a thick layer so pee wont go through but they are underpants

@Valerie what are they called?

Following as my son walked up to me when I took off his diaper and signed potty and then didn't go potty in the potty so I know he is gonna be ready here soon!

@Daina I think he might be ready just needs to get used to maybe? or have a first potty experience 😅
