Recs for pregnancy books

This is a bit off track but I'm looking for some books to help with anxiety during pregnancy. Does anyone have any recommendations?

The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill really helped me

A mindful pregnancy is quite good. Has some exercises to do in it and written by the guy who created the app Headspace.

I'm sat reading 'Hypnobirthing: practical ways to make your birth better' and I'm finding it very empowering despite being anxious

‘The Positive Birth Book’ by Milli Hill, it’s also on Audible 👌🏼

I read ' The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho whilst pregnant, it's short, simple and impactful ( all about finding one's destiny ) which I found really calming!

I'm another massive advocate for The Positive Birth Book by Milli Hill, so so so good with tonnes of helpful info and resources that help dispel a load of fears around birth and expectations of the experience. I doubled up with Your Body Your Birth by Hollie De Cruz for more Hypnobirthing instruction which was especiqlly good for my own anxiety. Both of them together were great, really helped me cherry pick the tips and techniques that worked for me and fit into what I wanted for my birth 😊 I also used a load of the pregnancy and birth meditations on headspace which were great for 10 mins each day to help me relax. Good luck! You're doing amazing!

Positive birth book has been mentioned a few times but I'd like to add to this! I felt so positive going into my birth and was bizarrely hyped for it! Had a really lovely birth experience and definitely attribute it to all the prep prior to having baby. I also read in your own time by Sara Whickham and listened to lots of podcasts including midwives cauldron, hypnobirthing podcast and the better birth podcast. Understanding the science and hearing positive birth stories got me in a really good mindset
