You can hire on TagVenue, prices should be from £25-£35p/h. I had my daughters 1st there, with a bouncy castle and same amount of people. Tables and chairs are provided there too. Good luck x
I would check local church or chapel. My local lets for free for kids birthdays, entire use of the premises including kitchen/bathrooms/garden and all rooms. They just ask that you leave a little something in the donation box when you are done.
