As someone who worked from home for 5 years, good luck. All of them require zero background noise, you cannot come in and out as you please, and you sign a contract saying you have childcare and that working remotely does not mean you can have children around. They are very strict.

A lot of people don’t think about that part. Like a lot of the contracts state that you have to work in an enclosed space with just you. Not even your phone sometimes. And then some people require you to be on camera your whole shift. @Melisha
