Secondment maternity
Has anyone got pregnant while on secondment. I’m currently on a band 7 2 year secondment coming to an end and will go back to a band 6. What would my maternity leave be based on 7 wage or 6? Or is there a cut off for when I’d have to be earning what to be eligible for the 7 maternity?

I was band 6 secondment that ended same month i started my maternity, my pay was based on band 6
I was a band 6 secondment coming to an end nearing my maternity leave and my maternity pay is based on band 5 pay x
