How are you coping with menopause

Hi ladies ,I'm just new to the group 5 years ago I started experiencing menopause signs I was 32 by that time went to the doctors did scans and tests they said its too early for menopause now I'm 37years old been 4years since I last had my menses ,I'm still on the waiting list to see a specialist but how do I deal with these hot flashes and headaches .I rarely see women same age as me experiencing the same thing .My GP said I have I'm not producing estrogen

Me too I’m 32 and this spring my ob said I’m officially post menopause. My last menses was four years ago as well. Confirmed with blood test. My estrogen levels are zero as well. and she confirmed my ovaries are atrophy with an ultrasound. Wishing you the best on this new journey, and hope you can get some relief with your hot flashes and headaches

Are you taking HRT

Hi ,they just said it takes long to see a gynaecologist it's been months waiting .Thanks for the website info will visit it .I'm just really clueless

@Pamela - I would give it a chase up, and also ask your GP surgery if they have a menopause specialist in the surgery, some do, and they may be able to prescribe and do the necessary bloods at this stage. It's really not on that they just expect you to wait indefinitely without treatment. 🩷

I have the flashes and sleep with both the house fan and windows open. All levels ok. Just waiting, I suppose.

@Al Co I sleep with fan on too it's horrible
