Sure start maternity grant
Does anyone know if I can send off anything other than a MatB1 form? I already sent that off for my maternity allowance so I don’t currently have another one and now discharged from the midwife?

@Emily it says on the form you can take it to the job Center and they currently have my MatB1 form on there system so I’m waiting for a reply from them to see if they can help me out 😂
@Naomi that's a bit crap cos I've had the baby now and my employers have kept my matb1 form so there's not a lot I can do with that now 😂 so just praying that a doctors note will be enough x
