Nappie brands and wipes

I need help! Any one else experienced their little one getting sore with Lidl scented wipes and also found that the Sainsbury's nappie pants don't hold the urine? My little boy is starting to urinate alot more due to him drinking more and the Sainsbury's nappies just seem to leak? They don't last a whole night like they are meant to?

We use the sensitive or extra sensitive and have never had any issues they contain less harmful things. Nappies wise we use Sainsbury’s but have found the Aldi size 7 better.

We use the Sainsbury's nappy pants during the day and Pampers at night time and they have been fine my boy wee's for britain lol. Have you tried sizing up in the Sainsbury's? Sainsbury's size 6 and 7 nappy pants are quite generous sized and Aldi comes up smaller I've found. When I shop in Lidl I opt for the extra sensitive baby wipes the one with the blue whale on the package and we've had no reactions to them. I much prefer the Huggies pure and the Pampers harmonie aqua wipes overall though.

We've always used the asda just essentials wipes fragrance free and pampers x

Tesco Fred and flo nappies are the best I found! And I’ve tried most brands on my little girl! And for wipes we use home bargains pink sensitive packet and they’ve been absolutely great!

I do struggle with Lidl nappies but never had a problem with Aldi nappies!! I used to use rascal and friends from Tesco especially during the night? I use size 6+/7 depending what they have in store

Have you tried sizing up for nappies during the night? As for wipes, the extra sensitive ones are usually the best, as they have mild ingredients and no fragrance. Both the Aldi and Lidl extra sensitive wipes rate excellent in Yuka, same as the Pampers harmony and Water Wipes, that are more expensive.

We use Aldi during the day and one Pampers Premium each night along with Water Wipes. No issues with leaks or his skin!

@Joanna he's currently in a size 5 pull up as he's only tiny around the waist bless him! Do you think it's worth sizing up to a 5+ for night as that's absorbency isn't it?

After trying everything, there is, from Aldi to organic bamboo ones, Pampers panties all the way now. For wipes, we buy whatever is on promo really, but not scented or with plastic. However, definitely not Huggies. These are the worst.

We use Fred and flo nappy pants and fragrance free wipes. Fragranced stuff is sometimes not as gentle on their skin. If you have the option of + size I'd say give that a try as usually sizing wise it's the same or close to the non plus but they're more absorbant

@Pippa definitely worth trying 5+,. Our girl is on 5s during the day and 5+ at nights and I'm actually considering to use 6 at nights, for extra absorbency. I think Aldi nappies are fantastic, but they run on the small side.

I only use wipes when out and go for anything sensitive and plastic and fragrance free. At home I use warm water and cotton pads. I use coconut oil with the warm water for 💩 and make sure he’s dry before putting the nappy on. I’ve always used Pampers at night otherwise my boy leaks. Aldi nappies are fine during the day for him.

We had the same issue with leaking overnight. We have stuck with Aldi for the day and use pampers premium overnight. He hasn’t leaked since overnight. He is also a size 5 and we haven’t needed to size up with the pampers premium

@Samantha I may need to look into the pampers premium then for night time :) in the day he's fine as we change him ever so often just the nights when he drinks so much in the day time too x
