I just celebrate my daughter getting older, and I'm just celebrating her day of birth. I'm not thinking about the accomplishments when it comes to celebrating her birthday.
Neither of those options I'm just celebrating them for who they are

@Alesia agreed. We celebrate that we have the gift of their birth. We celebrate all that they have accomplished and all that they will/can accomplish. An excuse to slow down and remember to be thankful for them
