Potty training and car journeys..
My son started potty training yesterday and has absolutely nailed it. He had a few accidents at first but then when he done his first wee on the potty he no longer had accidents. He has done all wees and poos in the potty since, except overnight.
We want to leave the house this weekend and I’m wondering what to do about the car. Do I just leave him in pants and hope for the best, or put a pull up on him? But if I put a pull up on him, mail he go backwards 🤷♀️

I use a hack I saw on instagram which involves strapping in the potty in a similar way as you do with his car seat in a spare seat at the back. We use when we’re out and about in the car. You can put a nappy on the potty to catch the waste too for easier disposal. Handy for days out in the car or trips to the park. Ps you would use this in a stationary car x

Make sure he goes before you get in the car and put something on the car seat in case of accident.
