Doppler / Workout / Cramps

Hey everyone, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and just found out that I have SH. I'm so stressed that I just want to sleep, but anyway, I'm thankful for this group. I have a few questions: - I'm experiencing mild cramps pretty much every day. Is that okay? - Has anyone bought a Doppler? I just want to hear my baby. (If it's too early, maybe I'll get one later.) - So, no workouts? I'm an athlete, and I'm okay now, but it's mentally hard when you're so active. I don't care about my body gaining weight; I just can't stay in place. Also, I'm taking in all the positive stories. ✨️

I hope all is well. Sorry so late but hopefully it’s still helpful. -I would ask your doctor about cramping. My doctor was concerned when I reported cramping for 4 days in a row. -I wouldn’t bother getting a Doppler until 15 weeks as it can be difficult to hear. I know most doctors don’t recommend Doppler as they can give a false sense of panic or relief. I had one my first 2 pregnancies. The Doppler caused me more stress the last pregnancy because my daughter frequently curled herself up in a way I couldn’t hear her heartbeat. - If your doctor said bed rest and/or pelvic rest then truly adhere to it. I thought a short 15 minute walk was fine when I had no bleeding for 2 weeks and the bleeding returned for a week. They and your body will let you know when something is too much. I can now do a 30 minute walk but I can’t do 2 games of bowling without cramping

@Melanie i lost my baby unfortunately 😔 but hopefully someone can find your reply helpful 💜
