Keep trying unfortunately. It took me 4 days once to get through to them! I never received letters etc. at my 16 week midwife appointment, I told my midwife I wasn’t very happy and she made sure to email admin to book in all future appointments. Admin then rang me and sent a letter with all the appointments x
I keep eventually getting through after pressing ‘0’ to be called back, only to be told the outpatients dept don’t deal with midwifery 🤯 I think it is a case of holding on. The number on my 28 week appointment letter is 01752 433256 (I need to change it) and the person I spoke to in outpatients said that’s the right number and to keep trying. I’m guessing there’s loads of us trying at the moment. But definitely don’t press 0 for a call back as the person who calls back can’t help (I tried 3 times on different number I had for midwifery admin!) x
It did happen to me. When i was pregnant with my second baby, I didn’t know about midwife appointment I found out 1 days before my 16 weeks appointment. I had call the admin to ask them but it took me ages to get in touch with admin line. They forgot to send me a letter, I also had extra scans and they never send a letter about it too so I would just keep calling them , I get in touch with them in the morning xx
