I'm thinking of having the coil (not sure what one yet) I'm a bit scared/worried about having it 🤣

I got the coil back in 8 weeks pp it lasts 8 years and most of the time stop your periods... couldn't recommend enough!! 👌
I have a mirena, which is good for 8 years, and I have no issues with it. Some random spotting, but AITA been fine otherwise
The mirena gave me really bad side effects but I loved the copper one.
@Jill what side effects did you get with the Mirena?
Any horrible side effects from any? This is my final shot of contraception before Hysterectomy.. xx

I've had the copper coil (only had it removed so we could conceive) and waiting on an appointment now to get one put back in! I loved it! It's so much easier than remembering to take a pill or use condoms! It also didn't hurt at all putting it in, no worse than a smear test. Having a sweep during pregnancy hurt way more! Lol xx
