My second is due the week of my first boys birthday so it will be exactly 2 years gap I’m hopeful he will understand a little bit about being gentle with the baby 🫠 @Abi
My boys are 2 years 1 month apart. They are older now (10 and 12). If I’m totally honest it was hard on me as a parent as it was so hectic but for the boys best thing I ever did. They are so close in age with liking the same things, watching the same things, hobbies etc.. dont get me wrong they fight like crazy but they are best buds! 🥹
@Isabella I was teaching my LB gentle with stuffed animals/toys/baby dolls. He actually used to come up to baby while breastfeeding and pat him gently on the head or give his nose a little poke. It’s the sweetest thing. The gap between my two was 14m

My boys are 2 years apart. It was wonderful in the beginning. They played like best friends. But because of where their birthdays lay, they are 3 school grades apart. One being in high school (8th grader Alex) and the other in elementary school can be tough at times with different interests, friends, and attitudes, but for the most part, I love their so close in age! Alex will make them both food, they play action figures together, x box together, practicing skateboarding together, gives Abe advise on school and what to wear.

My oldest was 2.5 when my middle was born, that gap was amazing! Old enough to feel like he was helping, yet young enough to still nap. ;-)
