Oh really I just hear people saying they went back to work the next day at this moment I can’t even sit up x
I couldn't sit up, or lie down, or roll over, or go to the toilet without pain. I was whimpering and had to call my husband to come and move me. I ended up going to A&E and had confirmed OHSS. The pain killers weren't touching it. Call the emergency number and chat with them
Thanks I called on call doc said if I am managing with the pain and pain killers then it’s to be expected. If my stomach gets more swollen or I can manage the pain then to go to a&e x

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome
With my first egg collection I was in so much pain afterwards, it took a good 3/4 days until I could walk with a straight back. Then with my second egg collection I was absolutely fine. Managed it with paracetamol and a heat pack and was out walking my dog by the afternoon. I would say just listen to your body and be kind to it. If you find the pain is becoming unmanageable then call for further help x
I was in the same boat! I had 38 eggs, I recovered within a few days though! Your body heels pretty fast after x
