Paid parental leave
Hi guys, trying to navigate the paid parental leave - good news managed to get an approval however my first pay has full deduction saying it’s getting paid to CSC Australia….. anyone knows what that means. Tried calling the help line (call went no where lol) and I’m still recovering from C-section so can’t make the trip yet but need the $
Any help would be greatly appreciated

If I Google is CSC Australia it is a business - like Sarah mentions… are they your employer? Cause if so, you’ll receive your entitlement on their next pay run. (But I’d probably email the HR or finance team to make sure they have received it!) Also - I can see your payment hasn’t included any tax, so check your employer takes this off or you’ll get stung at tax time. Congrats on the new little Bub!!
CSC isn’t my employer - I think I’ll just add hubby name on my profile so he can talk on my behalf. OMG thanks for pointing out the tax will get him to mention that as well!

Is CSC Australia your employer? Did you choose to be paid parental leave payments via your employer? Perhaps they have sent the payment to your employer who will then pay you your entitlement.
