Babies Age In Months
Ladies when do we stop telling ppl how old our babies are in months? Before becoming a mom I thought it was corny to say 16 months I would always think “Now why she didnt just say the baby is 1?” but now it makes perfect sense lol.saying 1 just doesnt cut it when they develop so much every month. There is a difference between a 14 month old and a 18 month old (even though technically they are both 1) so I feel we still need to tell the months at this point..Maybe I’ll stop at 25 months lol..what are your thoughts on this?

Once lo turns 2, I'll go by every 6 months....2and a half.. When lo turned 1, I said 1 year old. But then a month later I said 13 months. You're right, every month they develop so fast..so many changes.
Once they're 2, I just go by years.
I switch based on who I’m talking to/context. Most men I say 1 or 1/2 most other moms I say months

I go by the rules of 2. Hours until 2 days old, weeks until 2 months old, months until 2 years old. So I'll switch to years once she's 2.
