I put hot shot water in then the formula swirl then rest of water seems to work a bit better as it was clumpy doing formula then hot shot xx

@Ceri I must be doing the bottles wrong then I'm a first time mum and I fill 150 as just hot boiled water then put the bottle in cold water to cool it down xx

Are you using kettle or prep machine xx

I've never had this issue, how are you making the bottles? Prep or with kettle?

Kettle I don't use a prep machine because of things I have heard about them
