Weight gain

This is my first pregnancy and I truly didn’t think I was going to POP until at least 6/7/8 months. Especially because my mom, mil, close friends didn’t start showing until that time as well for their first pregnancy. Yall I literally started showing as soon as I was 15 weeks. And what’s crazy is that I workout since before I got pregnant, still work out and I’ve went from 150lbs to 185lb and I feel like that’s not normal. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. And my baby boy is literally in the 50th percentile he’s not a huge baby he’s estimated to be 7lbs when he’s born😬😂 so I really just don’t know why I feel huge and get so in my head when I see every other mama with a smaller bump at the same gestation…

Im 32 weeks btw

I went from 135-175 and literally nothing changed about my diet or activity level… I think it’s just random and different with each pregnancy. I’m 34 weeks right now.

I'm currently 35 weeks. My fundal height at 31 weeks was 9 weeks ahead, due to extra fluid around my baby. During that week, he was also measuring at at least 6 pounds and 3 weeks ahead. I started around 130 lbs, and I'm nearly 170 lbs.

I started at 98lbs and I’m 140 now imagine that baby stretching me out

It’s so hard, but the best thing you can do is not compare yourself to others or even previous pregnancies. I’ve already gained more at 32 weeks than I did with my entire first pregnancy. I’m even more active and more mindful than the last time. What helps me is going based off what my doctor is telling me. My pregnancy is on track, healthy and so is my baby.

Thank yall for all the responses! I just need to remind myself that every pregnancy is different and we’re not alone! I appreciate all of yall and I hope everyone’s pregnancy is healthy!!

It’s normal honey. It’s hard seeing your body change and you can’t do nothing about it. So much of it is fluid, not just amniotic fluid but fluid all through our other tissue. You will feel like ur back to urself once the baby is here, maybe it will take a few months after but I promise it will happen.
