Did u get induced or epidural? Huhu FTM here so I’m really nervous
@Avy I got induced and survived without epidural or any pain meds until I was pushing actually ( not out of choice but it all happened very fast) don’t be scared it wasn’t too bad just breathe through contractions really important to have a good birth partner who knows to remind you to breathe and stay calm xxx and at the end you forget about all the pain anyway
