Teething or Epstein pearl

So I can’t get a picture but my baby has a white spot that’s hard to touch on his right hand side of his mouth on his gums and 2 on the top front gums. He also has been really REALLY cranky over everything. He is 7 months old though. I’ve looked it up and Epstein pearls are for newborns so just don’t know I’ll try get a picture but can’t seem to get it while he’s fidgeting and pulling me off him
