Fully potty trained
My son is fully potty trained finally!! Just wondering if anyone lets their LO wipe their own butt? I haven’t let him yet and I’m a little worried about streaks and him having an itchy bottom.

She actually asked to wipe today lol. She got little steaks of poo on her hands but her butt was surprisingly clean.
How did you do it??? How long did it take?
My girl wipes at daycare. I guess it’s a policy that they wipe themselves (she’s 3 in the 4 yr old class) but I wipe her at home. If I really don’t feel like getting up I’ll let her wipe a pee but but never a poo. I feel like they’re physically impossible to wipe a poo at this age.

My LO wants to wipe his own butt so I let him for practice/independence but then I follow behind him with a wipe! Otherwise he would have a very dirty butt lol, they aren’t very good at thoroughly wiping as toddlers
