Yes, your midwife will put into your maternity notes. So as long as the info is in there, then the consultant will be aware of it.

Let your midwife know that you've been GBS positive, as you'll need to go into hospital as soon as your water breaks. Just so you can get your first dose of antibiotics. Please try not to worry as its better to know than not to know, if that makes sense.
