Thinking on doing a free prenatal yoga class in Fort Lauderdale. Anyone interested?

Hi ladies, my name is Sammi. I’m 26 weeks pregnant 🤰🏽 I’m a yoga teacher and personal trainer. I have stepped away from teaching at the moment due to not being able to teach heated classes anymore. I’ve been wanting to do something to help other pregnant moms to get moving safely while in this stage of life. Anyone in the area would be interested in assisting to a free prenatal yoga class and maybe grab a smoothie somewhere afterwards? Let me know here and I can plan for a date and a location!
