What’s your thoughts on copper coil contraception?

I assume you mean the copper coil if you can't have the hormonal one?

I used it for around 10 years it was great, planning on getting it again soon!

I used it for 5 years, had slightly stronger periods but that wasn’t a big issue. It unexpectedly fell out after 5 years, so I didn’t get it again, but I mainly had good experiences with it, especially compared to hormonal BC
