Flexible jobs šŸ˜

This maybe isnā€™t the right place to ask thisā€¦ But wondering if anyone can recommend any jobs that are good for working round kids?? I am a primary teacher but simply canā€™t bare the thought of teaching still even part time. I want to do supply but donā€™t know how that will work financially or with childcare. I just want something flexible where I will be able to go to my sonā€™s school plays/sports days when heā€™s in school. My experience is only really in primary teaching. Does anyone have an amazing job they love??? šŸ§”

I think as much as it's about the particular job, it's a lot about the company you work for. I work for a privately owned packaging manufacturer in packaging development and they are so supportive of the fact people have a life outside of work so would allow time off to attend those things. Most people have worked here for years because it's such a great company to work for, I'll be coming up to 9 years in March x

I work for the National Trust and itā€™s a really family oriented company. There are lots of part time jobs, particularly on the visitor welcome and food and beverage side of the business. If youā€™re open to working weekends it could be a good option! We have lots of mums working in all the properties Iā€™ve worked at. Plus you get free access to all the properties and lots of benefits, everyone is really friendly, good career opportunities and beautiful places to work!

What about a learning support assistant in a college.
