If it is fluorosis unfortunately no, once it’s there it’s there. As they are baby teeth obviously they will fall out roughly around 6 - 7 and it shouldn’t affect the adult tooth x
Don’t forget the water in our taps contain fluoride too depending on what area you live some contain more. Xx
I wouldn’t worry too much, I’m a dental nurse and see this on a weekly basis. It could be fluorosis which is over exposure of fluoride make sure you’re using a child’s toothpaste as an adults toothpaste contains a lot more fluoride. Or their diet could be quite acidic. But I wouldn’t be concerned x
