Potty training

I haven't yet but am tempted to start as Nappy changed are so challenging but I just struggle with time too because of work so not sure what to do either. I was thinking maybe putting him on the toilet when he's due to poop as he's quite regular and then get him used to sitting on it at night. Be good to hear what others are doing x

He does his first/last wee of the day on the potty and he will tell me if he needs a poo but haven’t taken it any further than that, I doubt he is ready for full potty training and so probably be more stress than it is worth! Probably will give it a go in a few months but not stressing about it yet

We use potty/toilet same as @Freya , first and last thing of the day and she does majority of poops there. She will sometimes bring potty, but it's usually as she wees, she's not there giving sign just before. But I am tempted to get the pull up training pants and use them over the weekends to see if she starts telling us.
