Apparently, ADHDers are low on zinc and copper, too. So I've been trying to add in seeds, etc. to my diet that are supposed to be high in those things.
I definitely hear most about lion’s mane, but I think some other types of mushrooms are supposed to help too. Some of the complex’s have seen on Amazon have good reviews but then there are always the few where it didn’t help at all. And then of course I get overwhelmed by the choice and can’t make a decision for the life of me 🤦🏽♀️😂 I was hoping someone here had a good experience and could recommend one, making it so much simpler for me. I’ve had about 20 tabs open and have managed to whittle it down slowly to maybe 10 over the space of TWO WEEKS!! 🙈
Ooooo I didn’t know about the zinc and copper thing, will have to look into it. I thought I’d heard something about magnesium, but don’t know if I’m confusing that for being helpful for something else.
I wondered about this. Is it Lion's mane that is supposed to be brilliant for brain function? When I looked into the stuff for sale, I wasn't sure if it was legit or not
