@Talia i don’t think i can take any of the credit , i had been taking a daily raspberry leaf supplement for a while that might’ve helped ??? mostly my nurse put me in flying cowboy for like 30 min on each side first during labor i pushed for 10 seconds three times per contraction, then the next contraction they had me wait and lay on my side through it, then pushing again 3 times , switching sides thru the next contraction, & so forth. only went through 4 or 5 rounds of pushing & had no tears as a first time mom

Congrats Mama she is absolutely PRECIOUS and beautiful 😍 I'm so glad you had a positive birth. I gave birth last year and was a FTM, didnt do much other than dates and rasp tea. The epidural had me so numb. I did one small practice push with the nurse and his head came out. Dr rushed in, i pushed one more time, and he slipped out. I didnt even know he was literally about to be born cause nobody said anything but "push". I see a baby flying in the air and im lik "is that him?" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 praying for a quick labor this time too🤞🤞🤞
