Anxiety

Despite only having positive scans and feedback so far … I am 21 weeks, but go through phases of pure anxiety thinking about all of the worst things that can happen. I cannot wait to just have the baby and know it’s safe and healthy!

It's perfectly natural to feel this way. Have you got someone you can talk to about it/have you mentioned it to your midwife? Don't go through it alone. ❤️

Totally get that. Big hugs x

I had PNA with my first 2 years ago and now have anxiety, depression and insomnia during this pregnancy. My thoughts and dreams are dark. It spiralled and I couldn't function properly because I thought "I dealt with it once before I'll be fine." I'm now on sertraline and waiting for counselling. Don't be ashamed of contacting your GP! they can refer you, depending on where you live you can do self referral for therapy and get priority as you're pregnant. Most midwife teams also have a mental health midwife you can chat to xx
