Transcription or other WFH jobs?

My husband and I are getting into some financial issues but he insists he doesn’t want me to go back to a full time job because he doesn’t want anyone else watching our daughter—honestly, totally understand him and am on board. I need to find some freelance jobs I can do from home, though. I have experience working as a high level paralegal for a long time, have worked in marketing doing proofreading and transcriptions, and have two law degrees on top of my BA. I’m more than qualified to do some transcribing or other similar work—I just don’t know where to find them. Anyone know of good transcription/freelance websites to check out?

WFH jobs can be hard to find. I find fb groups really helpful, but be careful about which one you choose. Lot of scam out there

@Eileen have you been able to obtain a real job through FB?

@Monika no, as I ended up declining the offer I got from the fb group jobs and accepted one from linked in. Wha job factory!!! tHE REAL GROUP BY BRE LU This is a group with 99% real jobs. But most are with phone calls

You could always become a Virtual Assistant offering transcription and other tasks related to that. I’ve done a bit of transcription with my business. If you can offer more than one thing you’ll find it easier to get more clients. I’m hosting a free webinar in September about how I built a full time VA business. You’re welcome to come :)
