Wet wash cloths in the freezer so they’re a little crunchy but not hard. Tylenol for severe pain and nighttime sleep
That is what our doctor told us
I have a mesh pacifier that fruit can go into or really any food. I put some watermelon in it and throw it into the freezer. It keeps my little girl busy for a while.
Thank you all <3
@Rebecca I second this, wet partially frozen wash clothes are a savior for us. My son absolutely loves chewing on them. I literally have over 30 different teethers for him and he prefers the wash clothes.
@Brittney have you tested just the gel or oil with no Tylenol to see if they work on their own? Curious how much those brands work vs the orajel I’m testing
Yes! So I have used baby oragel as well and in my opinion I think they both work just ok. The ease of comfort doesn't last that long with those unfortunately. As for the teething oil I noticed it helps wind my son down at night. I'll give it to him about a half hour before bed and it does seem to help better than the gels but it is for nighttime and can only be used a few times a night.
@Brittney thank you !!
I freeze pacifiers! Ours are hollow so I fill it with water and she’s able to suck on the cold pacifier. By time she’s done with them she’s settled and gets distracted for a little instead of being in pain. My LO has both too two and bottom two coming in at the same time 😫
