Maternity leave question!
Hi! So I applied for maternity leave when I was pregnant, and it says decision made: they couldn’t make a claim because they didn’t receive my ROE. Now I have sent in my paper copies of my roe. But now I have given birth and need parental leave. Do I have to apply again for parental leave? Since it says decision made and also because I need parental not maternity, do I apply again? I’ve been waiting 1 month and my rent is late I’m stressed. Thanks

I also suggest taking a picture of you ROE and uploading it so they get it faster

So you won't need to apply again, when they do receive your ROE, you'll get maternity pay first and then that will just go into parental. That's what happened to me
Yea would turn into parental leave automatically. If u applied for both as the same time.
