Not so much for the back pain but they also recommend wearing compression/flight socks for car journeys over 4 hours. Potentially may be worth wearing in case of traffic etc
I had one in my first pregnancy but as above was told to wear it for walking/activity, not sitting! Possibly go to physio to see if they can help! Would totally recommend one tho
Thanks guys!
I was given one by a physio to help when I'm walking. I think she said not to wear it when sitting, though, so I'm not sure if it would help when driving. You might be able to try a wedge cushion in your car, that may help. And adjusting the seat in different ways. I have to have mine slightly more reclined than my husband (who has it dead straight) to stop my back hurting. https://www.posturite.co.uk/posture-supports/seat-wedge-cushions?srsltid=AfmBOopBMq6LiBeNFVozO20dnR0drCZ7qgfjMiWD0Pru8TEXgUjx6hqu this was the sort of thing they recommended at my work. Might be worth talking to a physio!
