Skin changes

Idk what it is maybe the weather changing but my skin has been so dam dry😩 what are you mommas doing to keep your skin hydrated? Need something hydrating

Mine has been the same way. Trying to stay hydrated the best I can. Haven't figured out what can help with the dryness though. Feel like it's a post partum thing for me. My son is 7 weeks.
