You get to lie on your back (not flat) on these gel filled cushions and she massages underneath you using your own bodyweight as the pressure. It was so good I felt like I literally melted She gets booked up quickly though, so it's best to book well in advance. I had one last week and decided to book her for next month, and the month after a few days before my due date 😄
