Wait i literally just had this conversation with my boyfriend about diabetes and how i am SO thirsty all the time and nothing helps. I think with breastfeeding i am always always thirsty i feel so out of body 😂😭
@Sarah I'm not breastfeeding 😭 this sucks. I have a doctor's appointment later and I'm gonna bring it up but I'm gonna look weird AF saying is it diabetes I hate doing that cuz I don't want doctors to think I'm doing in there saying I know more than them.
@Lorena I'm gonna look into this cause my issue with most brands is they either taste to salty or almost bitter
You can ask them to check your thyroid and a blood draw or whatever found out that’s why I’m so thirsty all the time I got put on prescription medicine and it seems to help my thyroid back down and I’m not as thirsty when it drops
I’m would actually be careful and do check your sugars. Speaking as a T1D myself diagnosed at age 19 that’s the symptoms I dealt with and it can happen after pregnancy

@Grace I've had issues throughout my life of my sugar dropping or not raising after meals. For example I ate a huge bowl of five cheese ziti and I checked my sugar and an hour and a half later and it was only 102

Instead of saying "it's diabetes", you can say that you're concerned it might be diabetes. They will take it from there and do whatever tests they feel is right.
I was the same. Nothing would quench my thirst. I opted to try electrolytes and found a "cleaner" option that has helped me, and it tastes alright. The brand is called Just Ingredients. I wish I had known about it earlier.
