Exercise

What exercises are safe during pregnany. I'm now 26 weeks and just feel I'm getting lazier as the weeks go on. Any advice?

Lots of info out there. Been doing lots of walking, swimming (sloooow swimming), yoga. You can pretty much do anything except contact sports/lying on your back until you feel you can't do it anymore. And then you just switch to something easier!

Okay, thank youuu

I kept up with lifting, running (until 25wks), and Pvolve (highly recommend pvolve for anyone!), and working with a prenatal chiro & pelvic floor physical therapist, which has kept me pain-free and active. Daily walks and general mobility are also excellent ways to move your body! Good luck!

You are not alone Never felt lazier myself …but from my research talking walks, and low impact exercises are quite safe you can google it as well.

Walking is always good. Not too fast. You should go fast enough to feel a slight heart rate but slow enough to be able to have a conversation. Also any water activities, Pilates, and yoga. I personally just follow a yt video from home.
