Glucose testing

I have mine tomorrow and it’s two hrs already feel like I don’t want to do it

@Ale I'll say it wasn't so bad doing the one hour. The worst part was the stomach ache after. It lasted 2 days 😭 I just don't want to do it for 3 hours and spend all that time stuck in my car because they don't let you leave and the waiting room is wayyyyy too small to hang out in. I'm not looking forward to it at all 🥲 I hope yours goes well 🤞🏼

You got this! Bring a book or something. Some of the best advice I got was to take the day off work. Had GDM with my first, about to take the 1 hr and sure I'm going to fail. If you do get diagnosed, there's a really great gestational diabetes group here on peanut with lovely support and great resources. Good luck with your test!

When’s your 3 hr. I had to do the 3 hr as well and I got my results yesterday everything was normal so I pray you get good news 🙏

@Miriam they had me sit in my car for the one hour so I will probably be doing that again for this one 🥲 I'm hopeful it comes out good but I worry mainly because I was already prediabetic Pre-pregnancy and type 2 runs on my mom's side 🥺 I'll definitely be sure to keep that in mind if anything comes back on this test! @Daniela I'll be doing it next Friday! I had done my 1 hour this past Tuesday and had my results yesterday so not too bad. I would get my results at my checkup on the 10th! Thank you so much 🫶🏼
