Ivf in st Bartholomew
Hi.
Anyone is doing nhs funded with st Bartholomew? We did all our test, but it’s a nightmare to contact them! Email, nobody answer… phone always 4/5 hours waiting!
I don’t know what to do anymore!

@Sadie oh noo! They were good… until now! I have all the result back and no appointments, no idea If the funding are approved nothing…
Nightmare. They kept messing me about, 1 consultant said something and another something else. Most Nurses are great, the consultants and Dr's are awful. If you want to PM the email addresses you have I can see if I have any others that may help. They are even sending me invoices for egg storage, when I have used all the eggs up. They don't have a clue.
@Sadie thanks! I tried all yesterday to call, and all today almost 12 call! Zero answer! I don’t know what to do it! How you did a complain?

Hey. I'm currently with Barts, they are pretty awful tbh. I even raised a formal complaint against them, someone actually got back to me following that. Not wanting to put you off, but I can't wait to see that back of then.
