Dilation!

I haven’t got internally checked yet and I’m 34 1/2 weeks but I feel like I am 1 or 2 dilated…. My baby needs to go into position. Hopefully that means you’ll have a smooth labor and delivery because your body is doing what it’s supposed to be doing

My doc hasn’t checked me yet but my lil guy has been head down in position for two months now and I’ve been having painful Braxton hicks for almost a month so I’m sure there’s been some progress made!

Don’t scare me lol i being feeling I’m but not sure cause I haven’t seen the fluid that some moms says it come out when you start

@Misty my contractions are why they checked me early! You might be dilating

@Karley the doctor I saw at my last appointment wasn’t my normal and he flat out refused to check me. This is my second baby so I’m almost positive I’m dilating I just can’t feel it myself lol

It's normal to be dialated and effected at this point or so I was told as long as it's not too much. Tbh I don't exactly know the limit but I was 70% effected at my 34w appointment 1 week ago and she said she didn't really check dialation cuz it didn't matter at this point? But she did tell me to take it easy cuz we want baby to cook until at least 36w Sooooo I wouldn't worry too much? My mom was 7cm dilated at her 40 w appointment with me. I was her 4th. She walked 1 hour home, got my 3 siblings ready for school and dropped them off with my dad. After that they drove to the hospital and she had me within 30mins so yeah 😬
