Your period is a result of an unfertilized egg and your uterus shedding the mucuses it builds before/during ovulation, so ovulation technically comes first! The first day your period starts with a flow is considered cycle day 1, ovulation around 13-17 days of cycle like the last commenter said :) you can track ovulation by tracking lh peaks (24-48 hrs before ovulation this will peak). Amazon has some cheap testing strips!

Roughly 2 weeks before, give or take! Different for everyone. I would get a free app like “clue” and track when periods start/end to know- even then it isn’t for sure but a guesstimate. You can also take your temperature and track that way! Called Basal Body Temperature
